Our Work
‘We Make it Fly’, an 8-part series produced for the global aviation giant to mark its 50th anniversary. Earshot trained the presenters – who were Airbus staff members and guided them through the process of recording. Each programme featured a key personality from the company. The series achieved over fifty thousand downloads within 3 months of being launched.
‘Community Conversations’, a 4-part series knife crime in the UK, looking at various perspectives of the issue from differing locations around the country. Individual episodes were presented by Richard Miron (from Earshot Strategies) and recorded in front of a live audience. Short pre-recorded features were produced to set the scene and introduce the subject matter.
‘Financing A Sustainable Planet’, a 6-part series sponsored by Standard Chartered Bank examining the role of finance in addressing a range of global environmental challenges. Each episode contained multiple interviewees and illustrative sounds, bringing the subject matter to life. The programmes attracted Euromoney’s biggest podcast audience to date.
‘The Jobs and Technology’. A four-part series for the Asian Development Bank. The episodes – recorded in Manila – examined the impact of technological change on the workplace in Asia and what that means for the workers of today as well as those who are going to be doing the jobs of the future.
‘Future Europe’. A 28-part weekly podcast series with features from every country in the European Union. Programmes consisted of intricately constructed montages using interview clips and carefully recorded sound effects to tell the story of the EIB’s work across Europe. The project involved a team of producers working in London and across Europe producing the features and writing accompanying blogs.
‘Think Nordic’. A 4-part series recorded on location at the COP24 Global Climate Change Conference in Katowice, Poland. Richard Miron (from Earshot Strategies) presented the programmes which were recorded in front of a live audience at the Conference venue. Episodes were cut and mixed on site, and uploaded to the Nordic Council of Minister’s website within days of the recordings.
